We will make every effort to ship orders received before 11:00 AM US Pacific Time the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM will normally be shipped by the end of the next business day. If an order cannot be shipped within two business days, we will notify the customer.

We offer shipping through United Parcel Service or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Only orders shipped via UPS are trackable and have confirmed delivery dates.

When paying with a Purchase Order, products are not shipped until Cadapult Software Solutions receives a hard copy of the purchase order faxed to us at (503) 501-2944.

Returned books must be received within 14 days of receipt, in resellable condition with the CD unopened.
